Located in the Historic Village of Maplewood, New Jersey, this project involved working with the Maplewood Village Alliance and Planning Board to meet the town’s design standards and to build support for this project in a special redevelopment area. The site, an underutilized former gas station, was remediated and converted to an infill mixed use building of 20,000 SF containing 11 apartment units with a rooftop amenity space, a two floor commercial unit, and covered parking garage.
