Full overhaul and revision of the of this developer style house set on a large site in rural Pennsylvania. Keeping the roof and perimeter building envelope intact, strategic design interventions connect the home with the outdoors from the inside out. A new material sensibility and spatial organization was introduced to suit the owner’s lifestyle.
